Job Summary
The English Teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering effective English language lessons to students/beneficiaries. The teacher will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, assess students’ progress, provide feedback, and ensure that the training is delivered according to the approved curriculum and project standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language, English Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certificate or training qualification is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in teaching English.
- Previous experience working with NGOs, training centers, or educational projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to prepare lesson plans and educational materials.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
