Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Country Director, your missions will be as follows:
- Contribute to Action Against Hunger country strategy development and program design
- Coordinate Field Operations and Integrated Program Implementation
- Strengthen Local Partnerships, Community Engagement and Localization at Field level
- Manage the team at field level with technical support from Head of Departments
- Facilitate Effective Coordination and Collaboration with the Coordination Team
- Security and Access
Job Requirements
You hold a degree in a related field such as Humanitarian Action, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior management role with humanitarian and/or development organizations, in a similar context.
You have experience in project management.
You have strong managerial competencies including: strategic planning and operational management; budget and resource management; security and access management; communication, coordination, facilitation.
You have negotiation skills; leadership, people management, coaching, and team development skills.
