Looking for a highly skilled A Cost & Estimation / Proposal Engineer for preparing accurate project cost estimates, commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. The role involves reviewing project requirements, calculating costs, coordinating with technical and procurement teams, and ensuring that proposals are commercially competitive and technically compliant.

Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Hydraulic Engineering, or related field. · Current with rules and regulations related to construction · Minimum of five to ten years of experience in general construction project management & Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of DAM projects and Irrigation Schemes. |
