Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee our distribution & Transmission Line project in Helmand, Jawzjan, Herat and Kunduz Provinces. Under the guidance of the project management team based at the main office, kabul. the Site engineer will be responsible for executing, managing, and monitoring project activities while leading the on-site team to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Implement construction work according to approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
2. Supervise daily site operations, including excavation, foundation, reinforcement, concrete pouring, installation, test and commissioning of power projects.
3. Prepare and implement daily and weekly task plans based on the project timeline.
4. Lead quality control, safety, administration, logistics, and finance functions on site.
5. Provide technical solutions and resolve issues arising during the project.
6. Prepare regular progress reports and communicate challenges and required solutions to the main office.
7. Collaborate with the Project Manager and QC team to maintain checklists, logs, and monitoring tools
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements
Languages: Fluency in Dari , Pashto and English.
Location: Badghis, Kandahar, Nengarhar Kabul Provinces.
